Account Manager - MagnaWave

Overview

The Account Manager plays a key role in ensuring every MagnaWave client experiences exceptional care, education, and long-term success. From onboarding through ongoing engagement, this role is dedicated to helping practitioners thrive, both in their business and with their MagnaWave products. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients after purchase, guiding them through certification, connecting them to company resources, and identifying opportunities for continued growth through upsells and relationship development.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, empathetic professional who thrives on nurturing relationships, solving problems, and turning customer satisfaction into customer loyalty.

Core Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Schedule and lead all new client onboarding calls to ensure a seamless transition from purchase to active use.

  • Ensure all new clients are properly enrolled and progressing through the MagnaWave Certification process.

  • Educate clients on all available resources including Support, Continuing Education, and the MagnaWave Community.

Relationship Management

  • Foster a positive, supportive environment where every client feels valued and connected to the MagnaWave family.

  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication with the existing customer base to nurture long-term relationships.

  • Provide personalized guidance to practitioners to help them build and scale their PEMF businesses.

Upselling & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities for new machines, attachments, and service enhancements.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly upsell quota requirements.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align client engagement with company growth initiatives.

Organization & Communication

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and milestones in Odoo CRM system

  • Serve as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

  • High empathy, patience, and genuine passion for helping others succeed.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

  • Prior experience in health, wellness, or medical device industries is a plus.
