Summary
RealClean Bozeman is looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Aircraft Detailing Technician to join our growing aviation detailing team. This is a hands-on role focused on quality, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship. You’ll work directly under the Lead Technician, detailing private and corporate aircraft to RealClean’s exacting standards — both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior aircraft detailing, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, leather cleaning, and surface protection.
• Follow detailed checklists and procedures to ensure every job meets RealClean’s quality and safety standards.
• Support the Lead Technician with setup, equipment organization, and efficient workflow.
• Inspect aircraft surfaces for damage or imperfections and report findings promptly.
• Safely handle aviation-grade chemicals and detailing tools, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with brightwork polishing, landing gear cleaning, and degreasing as directed.
• Maintain professionalism on-site — you’ll often be visible to clients and FBO staff.
• Follow all FBO and airport safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • 1+ year of detailing experience (aircraft, auto, or marine preferred).
  • Experience with cleaning tools, buffers, and surface care products.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet airport security clearance requirements.
