Job Description Job Description This position is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions related to a commercial office building. Additionally, the role involves being prepared to take on the property manager's responsibilities during their absence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Tenant Relations : Provide timely response to tenant needs and coordinate with management staff to resolve matters. · Vendor Relations : Manage, coordinate and oversee all vendor-related maintenance work. · Financial Administration : Assist Property Manager with budgeting and accounting processes. · Operations : Support Property Manager in all aspects of managing compliance of the property. · Decision-Making : Make thoughtful, prompt, efficient decisions under time constraints. · Other : Conduct and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, industry and trade associations, representatives of government, public service organizations, customers and vendors. · Qualifications/Skills: 5 years’ experience in property management.
