Responsibilities Coach 1 practice per week & 1 game per weekend (2 hour per week commitment) per team. Coach 1-3 teams per season. Lead your team at the end of season PPA tournament. Send weekly communications to your team parents. Qualifications Someone who will follow the PPA coaching principles – be prepared, be a teacher, teach PPA Life values. Someone who will coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, active, and that creates a memorable experience for our athletes. Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA staff and correspond kindly, timely and effectively with parents.
