Lead the design and evaluation of processes,testing, installation and maintenance ofequipment involved in the safe, economical,and environmentally beneficial recycling ofbattery materials. Responsibilities include designing and specifying equipment andprocesses as well as developing andexecuting experiments to validate processyield, throughput, and quality.
Design and specify equipment for thebattery recycling manufacturing process at 100 Metric Tons per year. Perform laboratory testing of materialsprocessing. Own and manage the operation andtroubleshooting of prototype andproduction equipment. Lead the design and execution ofexperiments. Characterization and analysis. Troubleshoot equipment and software torepair and diagnose any malfunctions in thesystem. Monitor data and communicate withmanufacturers of production equipment. (Mandarin language required, conversations often occur after normal working hours).
