Job Summary

This Business Office Manager is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day Business Office operations and duties to include maintaining facility census, processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintaining Resident Trust Fund and facility petty cash. The Business Office Manager actively participates in facility management responsibilities.

Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must possess Long Term Care Experience
  • Maintain daily census accurately and timely
  • Replenish Petty Cash as needed and maintain facility records
  • Manage Resident Trust Funds
  • Submit invoices as required
  • Manage facility office supply ordering
  • Record and process accounts receivables as received
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable aging report
  • Initiate facility/department Check Requests
  • Manage facilities local banking needs
  • Submit and maintain all credit card receipts for reconciliation and bill payment
  • Maintain and initiate Resident statement/billing
  • Maintain Resident data on Point Click Care (PCC)
  • Provide Payor verifications for Therapy and other services
  • Participation in facility Medicare meetings
  • Manage facility resident room roster
  • Attend monthly and quarterly QAPI
  • Participate when required with referral management
  • Other duties as assigned
