Job Description
THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the nation’s largest privately owned wholesale distributors serving the plumbing, HVAC, and industrial sectors. With hundreds of locally operated branches across North America, the organization combines the scale and resources of a national company with the entrepreneurial agility of local ownership. Each branch maintains independent decision-making authority, empowering employees to think like business owners and build long-term customer relationships.

The recruiter owns every phase of the process—from cultivating campus relationships and sourcing candidates to interviewing, assessments, and coordinating offers.
