Community hospital part of a large system looking to bring on CNO!

Multi Specialty surgery hospital with procedures in Breast Surgery, Colon & Rectal, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. 13 Operating Rooms and 5 Treatment Rooms.

Summary:

• Actively involved, at the executive level, in the leadership of the organization. Organizes and administers areas of Patient Care Services to attain the hospital's objectives. Responsibility for the management of all nursing standards of practice and responsible for establishing standards of nursing practice, nursing policies and procedures, and nursing standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or obtaining
• Current California Registered Nursing License
• Master’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred.
• ACLS Certificate preferred
• BLS Certificate
• 3+ years of leadership experience in patient care service
