DUI/DWI:

No DUI’s in a Commercial vehicle ever No more than 2 DUI’s in a lifetime No DUI’s within the past 5 years If 2 DUI’s or open containers, the first one must be outside of 10 years No Open Container for passengers in the past 3 years If the driver has more than one DUI then the most recent one has to be outside of 10 years Automatic DQ’s: recent at fault rollover in the past year & No failed D.O.T alcohol/drug test lifetime Felony convictions outside of 10 years Misdemeanor convictions outside of 4 years Vision Truck Line LLC is a licensed contract carrier and property broker as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Administration and the United States Department of Transportation.
