What You’ll Do:
  • Lead & Manage a diverse clinical team (OT, PT, SLP), ensuring high-quality care and performance
  • Oversee daily clinic operations , including patient flow, scheduling, and resource management
  • Implement & Train staff on new technology platforms to streamline clinic operations
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance processes, and best practices
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to grow and thrive
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of clinical leadership experience in a pediatric therapy outpatient setting OR 5+ years of certified OT or PT experience in a pediatric therapy outpatient setting
  • Certified OT or PT
  • Deep understanding of pediatric therapy practices and child development
  • Highly organized , with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational and clinical challenges
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment
  • Familiarity with insurance, billing, and reimbursement processes in a pediatric setting
  • Tech-savvy , with experience learning and training staff on new platforms and software
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
  • A passion for family-centered care and a commitment to making therapy services accessible and effective for children
  • Adaptable , able to implement change and encourage continuous improvement
  • Experience in staff development and retention strategies, helping team members grow professionally
  • Financial acumen in clinic budgeting, resource management, and ensuring the clinic meets financial goals
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pediatric therapy services (e.g., HIPAA, ADA, IDEA)

Requirements:
  • Pediatric Therapy Experience in outpatient setting (5 years minimum for this position)
  • PT/OT Degree with active license in the United States (will need to obtain license in Hawaii)
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
  • Live on island or willing to relocate to Maui from within the U.S.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
