Customer Service Representative at Sioux Falls, SD

(candidates must reside in SD, ND, MN, NE, FL, TN, IA, TX, IN, IL, SC, MA — onsite options in Sioux Falls, SD

Type: Full-time, 26-week contract (potential Temp→Perm)

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (variable start/end times), 40 hrs/week

Pay: $19 / hour

Durations : 13 weeks Potential Temp to Perm.

Must-have qualifications

• High school diploma (some college preferred)
• 2+ years customer service experience (call center/medical/insurance experience preferred)
• Resident of one of the approved states listed above.
• Ability to work business hours Mon–Fri and maintain professional phone etiquette

Summary

Looking for strong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred. Positions could be remote, work from home or if in the Fargo or Sioux Falls area could be in office.

Client will ship equipment to their home - temp MUST have internet at home for this position.
