We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RDA/Dental Assistant to join our dental practice,
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in chairside assisting, infection control, and aseptic techniques.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and infection control practices is essential.
- Experience with chair-side assisting techniques and four-handed dentistry is required.
- Strong understanding of general dentistry principles is a plus.
- Ability to perform medical imaging procedures and manage medical records effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and team collaboration.
- Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
