As an Event Management Trainee, you will support live events, marketing campaigns, and community engagement initiatives while learning the fundamentals of event planning, logistics, and team coordination . This program prepares high-performing individuals for growth into leadership and event management roles .
Assist with live event setup, teardown, and on-site operations
Support event marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives
Engage with attendees and provide information about clients, organizations, or causes
Help collect and analyze attendee feedback and event performance metrics
Collaborate with event managers and team members to ensure smooth operations
Take on increasing responsibility as training progresses
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
