Job Description



We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to support our event operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for bringing events to life. The Events Assistant will play a key role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events

  • Support event timelines, schedules, and logistics

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Help prepare event materials, setups, and breakdowns

  • Monitor event activities to ensure smooth operations

  • Provide on-site support during events as needed

  • Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports
