130-150K, Hybrid

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Top AM Law firm seeking to add an Events Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, including client programs, conferences, receptions, sponsorships, and firm initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across practice groups, offices, and administrative teams to support event goals
  • Oversee logistical elements such as venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure events align with firm standards, branding, and client service expectations
  • Track event performance and support post-event follow-up and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 6+ years of event planning within a law firm or professional services required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders
