Join our team as an Experienced Locksmith Technician, where you'll be the face of our company, delivering top-notch locksmith services to our valued clients. As a mobile locksmith, you'll have the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a dedicated team, providing services across commercial, residential, automotive, and security sectors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and duplicate keys accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve lock issues for commercial, residential, and automotive clients.
- Perform rekeying services for both commercial and residential properties.
- Repair and service safes, ensuring security and functionality.
- Install, repair, and replace commercial, residential, access control, and electronic hardware.
- Create and duplicate automotive keys, including transponder keys.
- Develop and maintain master key systems for clients.
- Provide clear and effective communication to address customer inquiries and present solutions.
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auto, commercial, and residential locksmith services.
- Honest, dependable, and driven with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and learning.
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Professional communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Intermediate proficiency with personal computers and mobile devices.
- Flexible schedule, with services typically provided between 8am to 8pm; closed on Sundays.
- Valid driver's license and ability to serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth area.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
