Who you are:Anywhere Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Miami, Florida. This position will involve a hybrid role with both in-person and remote responsibilities, catering to the unique needs of our clientele, including professional athletes. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background or strong interest in sports psychology.Position Summary:Anywhere Clinic is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide compassionate support to patients dealing with depression and anxiety. Specializing in educating patients about alternative mental health treatments, including psychedelic-assisted therapies, while strictly adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.This role offers an opportunity for independent contribution as a 1099 contractor. Providers begin at a competitive pay rate of $80.00 per scheduled hour of patient care at any Anywhere Clinic location. For Telemed shifts, compensation grows incrementally by $5 per hour, reaching a cap of $95.00 per scheduled hour. Similarly, in-clinic visits (non-Telemed) start at $90 per hour and follow the same incremental pay structure, capping at $105 per hour.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
The role will include seeing and treating patients independently within requested schedule times for a minimum of two (2) hours a shift.
The work days and hours may vary in certain circumstances and holiday weeks. Seeing patients and updating the patient chart notes with current information based on their last appointment.
These notes must be completed within 24 hours of the patients last appointment. Completing and signing labs, letters, forms, prior authorization requests, or other medical records for patients.
Additionally, this role requires one day per week at our Miami clinic. We seek people eager to bring their gifts and passions to this exciting phase of growth and evolution at Anywhere Clinic.
Requirements and Qualifications:
State licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team dedicated to transforming the mental health care system.
Can rapidly establish deep rapport with a significant variety of people. Authentic, non-judgmental, focused presence, intuitive sensitivity, empathic while maintaining supportive structure, nuanced self-discovery, warmth, respect/appreciate different life trajectories.
Experience with adversity and an active commitment to personal growth.
Interest or background in sports psychology is highly desirable.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Understanding of the physical and psychological effects of psychedelics.
