Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations
  • Be a self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
  • Have the flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates
  • Possess a hospitable, energetic demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Have knowledge of hotel financials to drive revenue and capture market share
  • Be able to develop team members to their fullest potential
  • Multi-task and problem-solve with a positive attitude
