POSITION SUMMARY:
Were hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead, coach, and elevate our cleaning operations so every stay feels fresh, flawless, and on-time. Youll build great habits, tighten workflows, and use tech to keep the team aligned and our homes guest-ready. If you love turning good into exceptional and developing people along the way, lets talk. Salary: $40,000-$50,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and train housekeeping staff with clear SOPs, positive feedback, and on-the-job demos.

  • Plan and assign daily turns using mobile apps/dashboards; keep everyone informed in real time.

  • Inspect arrivals and departures; document quality with notes/photos and drive re-clean follow-ups.

  • Build and refine standardized cleaning checklists and room-by-room best practices.

  • Optimize turn times and staffing to meet same-day deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • Monitor quality metrics (pass rate, re-clean rate, average turn time) and report weekly trends.

  • Maintain supply levels and equipment readiness; coordinate linen flow and vendor needs.

  • Partner with Operations/Maintenance to flag damages, safety issues, and guest-impact items fast.

  • Uphold safe, compliant chemical handling and housekeeping safety practices.

  • Support peak operations and Sunday turn days with a calm, solutions-first mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must-Haves:

  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.

  • Hands-on experience in housekeeping services.

  • Proven leadership with a track record of training and developing teams.

  • Comfortable using technology and communicating through mobile apps.

  • Available to work on Sundays.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or hotel housekeeping leadership.

  • Background in creating efficient cleaning procedures/SOPs and checklists.

  • Strong inspection/audit discipline, including photo documentation and quality scoring.

  • Familiarity with tracking KPIs and using data to improve process and performance.
