Role Summary: Completes housekeeping duties and leads the housekeeping staff to ensure clean rooms in a welcoming environment. Swiftly responds to all guest inquiries in a way that fulfills their needs and the needs of the hotel. Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Key Outcomes:

• Performs duties of housekeeping attendant as necessary
• Monitors, verifies, and documents the inspection of rooms to ensure all standards are met
• Efficiently manages the daily schedule and assignment of housekeeping duties
• Provides direction and coaching to team members
• Maintains all inventories and ensures linen closets are appropriately maintained
• Supervises the completion of short notice requests for rooms, and prioritizes special cleaning requests
• Listens and sincerely apologizes when addressing guest problems, and promptly finds a solution
• Prepares requests for replacement assets and follows up to ensure completion

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
Detail oriented.
Customer service experience helpful.
Works well alone and with others.
