We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to full-cycle recruiting efforts, both remotely and in-office, while collaborating with a dynamic team. The position may also transition into a permanent role depending on future circumstances.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized skills.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to maximize visibility.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or corporate recruitment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong ability to source candidates effectively using various methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve processes.
