The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machinery used in the production process. This role involves ensuring that machines are running efficiently, performing routine inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise during operation.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the Machine Operator position. While previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Demonstrated ability to follow directions accurately and work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions, operating machinery, and inspecting produced parts. Capability to understand and translate job-related documentation effectively. Strong attention to detail to identify and address basic maintenance needs, product defects, and operational issues. Comprehensive understanding of production procedures and best practices. Ability to work for extended periods while standing and performing repetitive tasks, including bending and stooping. Capacity to adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in warehouse and production settings. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
