Job: Interior Designer

Location: Novato, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join a collaborative and fast-paced design team. This role supports the Lead Designer across multiple residential and/or commercial projects and requires strong technical, creative, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, innovative, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment while delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer on active design projects
• Create and update CAD drawings
• Develop 3D renderings and visual design concepts
• Prepare engaging client presentations
• Assist with documenting design decisions and project details
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Organize and maintain the sample library
• Track and manage current project samples
• Assist with closet designs, finish selections, and color selections

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD (required)
• Experience creating 3D renderings (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable commute to Novato, CA
