Irrigation and Landscape Enhancement Manager. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can run both irrigation operations and enhancement projects. This is a key management role in a well-established, growing landscape company in Puyallup, WA, known for quality work, teamwork, and a supportive culture.

You’ll be surrounded by a strong team and plenty of resources — but you’ll be expected to lead with accountability, foresight, and ownership. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong company backing and growth potential. You’ll have the tools, people, and support you need to succeed — and the opportunity to shape two critical areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all irrigation operations: forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and crew management.
• Lead enhancement projects— upgrades, site improvements, and client-driven enhancements.
• Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Plan ahead to ensure resources and staffing align with seasonal peaks.
• Work closely with branch leadership and production teams to deliver results on time and on budget.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality work.
• Other responsibilities as necessary to support the company.

• Experienced in irrigation and/or landscape enhancement management.
• Strong communicator and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Skilled in irrigation and landscape enhancement project management.
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems before they arise.
• Committed to professionalism, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $85,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonuses/incentives.
