As a Landscape Production Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring that crews deliver outstanding service and results. Responsibilities
- Oversee landscape maintenance, enhancement, and snow crews for assigned properties, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
- Conduct regular property quality reviews and analyze production efficiency and CRM reports on a weekly basis.
- Monitor estimated versus actual hours, manage labor planning, and track material usage for projects.
- Lead safety meetings and promote a positive company culture on job sites.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
- Train and develop crew leaders to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in landscape management or account management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations, plant material, and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and client expectations effectively.
- Experience with Aspire software is a plus (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation
Starting salary at $75,000 plus bonuses.
