Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our team. This individual will deliver acupuncture and adjunct therapies in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. You will collaborate with our lead practitioner and help us expand our services and client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, health consultations, and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Administer acupuncture (including orthopedic, electro-acupuncture) and complementary modalities (cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, herbology) in line with clinic protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, track patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
  • Handle patient scheduling, check-in, and payments for your consultations and treatments.
  • Attend networking meetings and community wellness events to represent the clinic and help grow our patient base.
  • Promote wellness-services packages and support patient outreach.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and professional standards of the clinic at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in the State of New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure).
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Acupuncture/Chinese Herbal Medicine preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity and comfort with multiple modalities, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
  • Administrative competence: scheduling patients, handling payments, managing one’s own patient flow.
  • Networking and outreach mindset: comfortable representing the clinic externally in professional/health-care settings.
  • Professional, compassionate, team-oriented attitude; willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to work flexible clinic hours as needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience with herbal medicine formulation.
  • A background or interest in networking, referrals, and business-growth activities within a wellness practice.

Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Flexible hours, with a current focus on Wednesdays and Fridays , and the potential to add additional days/hours as patient volume grows.
Compensation: Percent-split model (i.e., practitioner receives a percentage of service revenue) with incentives tied to volume and growth. Opportunity for expanded hours and increased earnings as the practice grows.
