Position Summary
The Lube Technician role is an entry-level position designed to familiarize new team members with our service standards, procedures, and customer-focused philosophy. This position serves as the foundation for advancement, with certification as a Certified Technician expected within 45 days of hire.
In this role, you will learn and assist with our Full-Service Oil Change process, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and deliver fast, friendly, and professional service to every customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures for oil changes and related services
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience
- Complete required Rally Point training modules to achieve Certified Technician status
- Demonstrate proficiency in all positions involved in the Full-Service oil change
- Uphold standards of integrity, efficiency, and transparency
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Support team performance and mentor new technicians

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- No prior automotive experience required; full training provided
