Job Description

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS Job Summary: Sort, pick-up and deliver paper-based communications, including postal, inter-office and private carrier mail. Essential Responsibilities: + Receive, sort and deliver incoming and outgoing postal and inter-office mail. Prepare private carrier (UPS) packages for shipment and generate daily shipping paperwork. + Deliver, track and file delivery records of incoming private carrier letter packages, private carrier box packages and internal supply totes. + Prepare outgoing USPS mail for delivery and daily pick-up. Prepare bulk mailings for pick-up by vendor as necessary. + Research and redeliver incorrectly addressed mail. Basic Qualifications: Experience + N/A Education + High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration + N/A Additional Requirements: + Basic computer skills in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications: + One (1) year of college coursework.
