Aegis Worldwide is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead industrial maintenance operations and ensure peak equipment reliability, facility efficiency, and team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with expertise in preventive maintenance, facilities management, equipment maintenance, and mechanical/electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily maintenance operations for production equipment and facility systems, including Fresh Pack equipment, overhead doors, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to maintenance supervisors, shift teams, and support staff.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, parts inventory, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and optimize hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Plan and execute capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements.
- Track and report equipment downtime, repair costs, and future maintenance projections.
Qualifications:
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent; certifications in Electrical, Boilers, Hydraulics, Welding, OSHA, or Wastewater Treatment are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, project leadership, or preventive maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CMMS software.
- Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
