We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one of our apartment properties.
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday.
Position Overview: - The Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the apartment community
- Maintain knowledge of leasing policies and ensure prospective residents experience a smooth leasing process
- Tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance requests
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the apartment complex
- Oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
- Support maintenance and office staff
- Ensure property is maintained to high standards, including inspections and property appearance
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential property management (apartment experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of leasing, Fair Housing laws, and property operations
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium) is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
