Highly reputable owner/manager and third-party property management firm is seeking a professional Property Manager for their east bay properties to work in the Oakland office. Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with tenants and prospective tenants
• Showing spaces through brokers
• Managing Tenant Improvements and Capital Expenditures
• Gathering vendor bids and selecting vendors
• Visiting and inspecting properties
• Preparing budgets and reviewing variances
• Preparing CAM reconciliations and explaining to tenants
• Managing work order requests
• Mentoring Property Administrator
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivables
• Interfacing with Property Director
• Reviewing lease terms to provide guidance to tenants on inquires
• Remaining solution oriented for customer needs
• Communicating with Asset Manager and client
• Resolving concerns and questions for tenants

Special Skills:

• Ability to communicate well with people
• Ability to problem solve and provide service-oriented resolutions with lease terms
• Strong listening skills

Must Have:

• Current CA Real Estate License ideal
• BA
• MS Office - intermediate to advance
• Yardi or MRI experience 
• 2+ years of Property Manager, or 3+ years as an APM looking to advance
