Remote Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Remote Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys and professional staff in a fast-growing firm. This role is responsible for attracting top talent, driving a strong candidate experience, and partnering with leadership to meet hiring goals efficiently. The candidates come to you!

Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for legal and non-legal roles
- Partner with the Human Resources Manager to understand workforce needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipelines in the ATS
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Create and maintain a "pipeline" for future candidates
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (legal preferred)
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote, high-growth environment
- Proficient with ATS platforms and virtual recruiting tools
- Great communicator, easy to talk to, and able to communicate the firm culture
