Regional Van Truckload Driver

Average pay: $960-$1,170 weekly

Home time: Every other week

Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience

Join our team as a Regional Van Truckload Driver and enjoy the benefits of predictable power lanes with a consistent volume of freight, enabling you to maximize your drive time and minimize downtime. With dispatched routes planned in advance, you’ll enjoy the ease of better planning while driving primarily within the Central 24 states.

• 95% no-touch freight with 50% drop-and-hook for your convenience.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Benefit from mileage pay alongside hourly pay when on duty but not driving.
• Receive weekly performance bonuses.
• Earn a potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goals achieved.
• Paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
• Enjoy paid time off after 6 months and 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred but not mandatory.
• A passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Laredo, TX.
• At least 3 months of Class A driving experience needed.
