Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to support students in a K-12 school setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newark, NJ. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about applied behavior analysis and working directly with students to improve functional and behavioral outcomes.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 15-25 students, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and collaborating with educators and other professionals to enhance student learning and development. This contract position runs for the current school year with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM, three days per week.
