Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services in a K-12 school setting located in Paterson, NJ. This contract role runs for the current school year and offers a structured schedule with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 15-25 students requiring behavioral interventions and supports.
• Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on student progress.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student goals.
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Must hold RBT certification; BCBA candidates are not required, but experience as an RBT is essential.
• Demonstrated experience working as an RBT in educational settings.
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with children and school personnel.

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM
