Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Route Driver to join our team in the dry cleaning and laundry industry. This role involves driving a designated route to pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive a company vehicle along a designated route to pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered on time.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
