Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Support Scrum teams in following Agile and Scrum principles
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Assist in removing team impediments and escalating blockers when needed
- Help maintain Scrum artifacts such as backlogs, sprint boards, and burndown charts
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear and well-groomed user stories
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Track team progress and help report sprint metrics
- Encourage Agile best practices and a culture of accountability
Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello
