We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Ski Lift Operators/Attendants. As a Ski Lift Operator/Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ski lifts and assisting guests with loading and unloading from the lifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ski lifts in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist guests with loading and unloading from the lifts
• Monitor lift operations and report any issues or malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ski lifts and surrounding areas
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
• Prior experience operating ski lifts would be great but we are happy to train

This could be a great opportunity for people with a passion for winter sports but no skiing or snowboarding is required. Members of Nashoba Valley's lift operations team are eligible for free lift tickets and rentals when not on duty.
