Experience in a fine dining or Michelin rated restaurant
Strong foundational wine knowledge; certifications (CMS, WSET, etc.) a plus
Passion for wine service, guest education, and thoughtful pairings
Working knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beer
Leadership mindset with the ability to support and help guide front-of-house staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Calm, professional demeanor
Team-oriented, respectful, and ego-free approach
Knowledge of sanitation and health department standards
Current Food Handler, Bassett and Allergen certifications
Support execution and maintenance of Indienne's wine program
Provide polished wine service and guest-focused recommendations
Assist with wine ordering, inventory, and organization
Assist with opening and closing beverage team duties
Help train and mentor front-of-house staff
