Store Manager Pinole/Richmond/San Pablo

Join Starbucks as a store manager in Pinole, Richmond, or San Pablo.

Base Pay Range

$73,400 $102,800 per year.

As a coffeehouse leader, you run the business, lead a team, and create moments of connection in the community.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail or customerservice management experience or 4+ years of U.S. Military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a salesfocused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed.
• Ability to work full time (regularly >40 hours) including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
