What we are looking for:
A Strategic Recruiter who will be responsible for managing recruiting, talent and onboarding process for the Agency. Will be working with hiring managers to recommend and implement creative strategies to attract the most qualified candidates to join Shineforth. Provides support and coordination for HR Administrative and compliance functions along with serving as back-up to support in the department.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience. Proven experience in recruiting, human resources or related roles. Strong understanding of employee recruitment strategies and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. A passion for promoting a positive organizational culture.
