NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Livingston, Montana.

We have a need for a traveler Occupational Therapist with strong pediatric experience who can also float to acute-care rehab when needed. Please review the details below.

 

Candidate Requirements /Must Haves:

• OTR/L (MOTR/L) credential
• Active Montana OT license
• 3+ years pediatric OT experience
• 2+ years acute-care OT experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Advanced pediatric certifications (NDT, SIPT, etc.)
• Previous Level I or II fieldwork in acute care
• Prior travel assignments (≥2 contracts)

 

Skill Highlights

• Evidence-based pediatric intervention (sensory processing, developmental delays, feeding)
• Acute-care competencies: ADL retraining, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong documentation in Cerner (or similar EHR)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable covering a small rural hospital setting
