• Must have prior telemetry experience.

Job Requirements

• BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• ACLS (AHA Only)
• Nursys nursing license within 30 days of start
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position, updated upon expiration
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or exemption accepted (optional)
• Proof of MMR immunizations, positive titer or declination accepted
• Fit Test (N95 mask) within 1 year prior to start, updated annually
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunizations, positive titer or declination accepted
• Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (10/1 - 4/30), medical/religious exemptions accepted with proper documentation
• Proof of negative TB test (QuantiFERON or 2-Step Skin Test) within required timeframe or documentation if positive
• Health Statement signed and dated within 1 year of start stating ability to work without restrictions
• Proof of Varicella immunizations, positive titer or declination accepted
• Proof of Tdap vaccination within past 10 years or declination accepted
• Annual TB Questionnaire required within 6 months of start with documentation if positive
• Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start
• Completion of FMOLHS Skills Checklist within 1 year prior to start, updated annually
• Passing score of 80% or higher on FMOLHS Competency Exam within 1 year prior to start
• Current FMOLHS Core Competencies with passing score of 80% or higher, updated annually
• Forward facing, well lit, non-blurry badge photo (JPEG)
• Completion of FMOLHS Contract Annual Education Packet
• Eye Exam & Color Vision test (Ishihara and Snellen) within 1 year prior to start

Schedule Information

• Contract length: 13 weeks

Additional Details

• FMOLHS Resume required for submission
• FMOLHS Criminal Background Check Results must be completed within 30 days prior to start with detailed county and national checks
• FMOLHS HRIS Form required for submission
