Position Purpose: The Warehouse Operations Support role involves a variety of essential functions that contribute to the operational efficiency of the Distribution Center (DC). Associates in this role may be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound activities, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, maintaining system quality, and adhering to vendor compliance for shipments to stores.
These associates will also engage in administrative and clerical duties to bolster specific functional areas within the DC. Responsibilities may include ensuring the availability of operational hardware, which is critical for associates to meet production and customer service objectives.
This role requires collaboration with fellow associates, vendors, and carriers, necessitating self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time management skills. Building positive relationships with internal suppliers/customers and various functional teams is key to enhancing quality and accuracy within the DC, ultimately leading to better service for our stores.
