Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Product Line: Domino NLC Controls
Location: Western United States - Extensive Travel
Territory: CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO, OR, WA

Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Western Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for the Domino NLC Controls product line across the Western United States. This role requires a highly motivated, field-oriented sales leader who can work closely with manufacturer representatives, distributors, and key customers to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lighting controls or electrical products, a proven track record of regional sales success, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration of the Domino NLC Controls product line across the Western region
  • Manage and support manufacturer representatives and distributor partners throughout the territory
  • Conduct frequent in-field travel to support reps, attend sales calls, and develop customer relationships
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Provide product training, technical presentations, and sales support to reps and customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product management, marketing, operations) to support sales initiatives
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates for leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role
  • Background in lighting controls, electrical products, or related building technologies strongly preferred
  • Experience working with manufacturer rep networks and distribution channels
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a large multi-state territory independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (majority of time in the field)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting.
